Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. What Sanare is — and is not

Sanare Health helps you organize your own health story into a clear summary you can share with a clinician. Sanare is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. It never tells you what condition you have or what to do about it. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

3. Your content and your control

  • The health information you enter is yours. You can view every source that fed your story, remove any of it, or delete your entire story and account at any time.
  • You grant Sanare a limited license to process your information solely to provide the service to you (organizing your story, generating your summary, and features you enable).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for reviewing your summary before you share it with anyone.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Sanare to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious files, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or enter another person's health information without their permission.

5. Sharing your brief

When you share your brief with a practitioner via a link or export, you are choosing to disclose that information. You are responsible for who you share it with. Sanare's practitioner suggestions are informational only and are not a referral, endorsement, or recommendation of any provider.

6. Service availability

Sanare is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as the product evolves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any medical outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we'll post the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you. You may stop using Sanare and delete your account at any time.
